A blend of semillon, chardonnay, chenin blanc and verdelho produces a wine that is freshly light and crisp in style. The aromas speak of a citrus mix; grapefruit with lemons and limes. The palate follows suit with the addition of melon and pear drops and a finish combined with passionfruit and honey dew melon. Pair with pan fried barramundi or chicken risotto.

Produced from 100% chardonnay, this is a champagne offering a complex nose of peaches, pears and nectarines with floral notes of magnolia and jasmine. The palate shows ripe pears and white peaches with a gentle note of clover honey followed by a buttery finish. Match with camembert and asparagus puffs, smoked fish or lemon sole with herb butter.
Deveaux are pinot noir specialists – the majority of their vineyards are located in the Aube where pinot noir is the dominant variety. On the slopes it gives pinot noir the richness on the nose and a long finish yet retains the finesse. Some chardonnay is added to the blend to add elegance. A champagne with sweet aromas of baked apples and vanilla. The palate is full, rich and elegant, well balanced and rounded, giving way to a crisp yet creamy finish. Accompany with seafood wraps, paella or char-grilled chicken breast stuffed with goat’s cheese.
